What is your warranty policy?

Taboo Customs products are warrantied for one year from date of sale to be free of defects from workmanship and material.

What is your return policy?

At Taboo Customs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost.
  • Items must be in new, uninstalled condition and include all original parts, hardware, and packaging.
  • Include your order number and contact information inside the box to ensure proper processing.

Return Shipping Options

  1. Customer-Provided Label:

    • You can arrange and pay for your own return shipping.
    • Ship to:

  2. Taboo Customs-Provided Label:

    • We can provide a return shipping label upon request.
    • The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

Packaging Requirements

To ensure your parts arrive safely and qualify for refund processing:

  • Use the original box or a sturdy replacement with adequate protection.
  • Seal all seams and edges securely with fiber-reinforced or duct tape (standard clear packing tape may not hold).
  • Packages damaged due to poor packaging may be subject to partial or denied refunds.

Refunds

  • Refunds cover product cost only (shipping and label costs are non-refundable).
  • Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned item(s).
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-fabricated or modified parts
  • Items showing signs of installation, welding, or alteration

Do you have items in inventory?

Yes, we maintain inventory of most of our products. However, large items such as tire carriers and some bumpers are built-to-order and are subject to variable lead times.

How do I place an order?

How to Place an Order on Taboo Customs

Ordering from Taboo Customs is quick and easy:

  1. Visit our website:
    Go to www.taboocustoms.com.
  2. Select your products:
    Browse our products and accessories, then click on any item to view details. Choose the quantity you’d like and click “Add to Cart.”
  3. Proceed to checkout:
    When you’re ready to purchase, click the cart icon and then select “Checkout.”
  4. Enter your shipping and billing information:
    Fill out all required fields. On the right-hand side of the screen, you’ll see your shipping cost and total order amount update automatically.
  5. Place your order:
    Once your information is complete and accurate, scroll to the bottom and click the “Place Order” button to finalize your purchase.

For Canadian Orders

  • If you’re placing an order from Canada:
    • In the Country dropdown menu, change from United States to Canada before entering your address.
    • Shipping rates will update automatically based on your location.

How do I get replacement parts?

Do you build roll cages?

No, we currently do not build roll cages.

Do you build custom products?

No, we currently do not currently build custom products.

What types of products do you build?

Bumpers, tire carriers, steps, sliders, light mounts, skid plates, steering braces, tabs, builder parts and many more.

Do you ship?

Yes we can ship our products where ever you would like at your cost. Some of our products are large and heavy and require shipment via truck freight.

Do you build Aluminum products?

We do not currently have any aluminum products.
