TJ Frame Center Section Rust Repair Kit

Restore the strength and integrity of your Jeep TJ frame with this heavy-duty center section repair kit, designed to fix the area where the transfer case skid plate mounts.

This section of the frame is prone to rust damage and broken or spinning bolts — this kit eliminates those issues and reinforces the entire mid-frame area.

Built from 7-gauge (.19") thick steel, the kit includes four precision-cut plates (one formed inner plate per side for improved strength and reduced welding) and four tie-in plates that weld across each side of the body mount for additional frame rigidity.

Also included are six 1/2" weld nuts to replace the factory nuts inside the frame.

One kit repairs both the driver and passenger side frame rails.

Bolt Information:

• 1997–2002 TJs: Use coned 1/2" UNC bolts (available separately)

• 2003–2006 TJs: Use included 1/2" UNC bolts — do not reuse OEM metric bolts
